- Crystal Hearts will gladly accept returns if product/s purchased from this website
- To qualify for a return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order.
- All item/s must be in their original packaging unopened.
- Emptied or used item/s will not qualify for any refund.
- Once the item/s for return are received and examined, we will apply the refund minus any shipping expense and restocking fees.
- All shipping is processed through USPS - United States Postal Service.
- All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments unless shipping insurance is purchased via USPS.com
